About

My musical comedy, WHAT DO CRITICS KNOW?,  set in The Big Apple, was a sold-out, award-winning Next Link Full Production at the New York Musical Theatre Festival. It has been performed at Feinstein’s/54 Below and at Center Stage in 2018. My musical drama, RIO UPHILL, set in Rio de Janeiro, was a 2021 Richard Rodgers Award finalist, had a Developmental Staged Reading at The York Theatre Company in March of 2020, and was presented in the 2019 ASCAP Musical Theatre Workshop with Stephen Schwartz. The show was also featured as "A Show You Should Know" in the 2018 NAMT Festival and was nominated for a Brazilian International Press Award. The show has been endorsed by the General Consulate of Brazil. My songs and musicals have been performed at The York Theatre, The Signature Theatre, Feinstein’s/54 Below, Theatre Row, The Triad, The Blue Note, The Westside Theater, The Sky Lounge, among others.

Past written and performed plays include "The Suffragette" (World Premiere at The Balch Arena Theatre) and "The Appraiser’s Desk" (performed at Center Stage and The Dramatist Guild Music Hall)

In addition to my work in the theater, I founded a video production company, MWG Productions LLC.  A graduate of Tufts University, I am a member of The Dramatists Guild and ASCAP.
